Call for Posters

DEADLINE for abstract submission is February 12^th, 2016

All participants are invited to submit abstracts and topics of interest in all WG areas are welcomed.

The abstract should not exceed 250 words and indicate to which working group (WG) it best relates to.

Please be aware that the abstract confirmation will depend on registration and acceptance by corresponding WG leaders. Each accepted poster must have at least one author registered with a full regular registration, in order for the poster to be included in the conference.

Submission Instructions:

The abstract should not exceed one page and be submitted in Word format.

The name of the file should be Author_abstract.docx using the template to be downloaded.

Abstract should be sent to: stefan.loeber@fau.de

A confirmation for you abstract submission will be sent within a few days followed by notification of acceptance.

Poster guidelines:

Poster size should be A0 format (90 cm wide and 120 cm high) in portrait format (no landscape)
