Registration

Registration for the meeting and workshop will be open until 14^th December 2015 or until 120 participants have been reached, whichever happens first. 

Registrations are received and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

In order to attend and participate in the conference program, registration is mandatory.

 

Registration Terms and Conditions

- Each registration fee is fixed at 60 Euros and must be paid separately.

- Bank wire transfer charges and other related fees have to be paid by the participant.

- Registration will be considered as complete upon payment receipt.

- For invited speakers, registration is mandatory but free of charge.

After sending the registration form, you will receive a letter of confirmation together with the payment instructions by email.
